Welcome to HK. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.hk-toys.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of the handmade toys and products (the "Products") available through it. By accessing the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General
HK is a brand offering handcrafted wooden toys and stuffed animals. All Products and descriptions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time.

2. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Order acceptance and the formation of a contract occur when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in Product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention measures.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total. We use secure, third-party payment processors. Your payment card is charged at the moment your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. HK is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. You become the owner of the Products and assume the risk of loss once the carrier has delivered them to the address you provided.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages
Due to the handmade nature of our Products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We fully guarantee our Products against manufacturing defects.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your Product arrives damaged or with a material defect, you must contact us at care@hk-toys.com within 14 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

• Incorrect Item Received: Contact us immediately at the email above, and we will arrange for the correct Product to be sent and the return of the incorrect one.
  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the defect.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (logos, text, images, product designs) is the property of HK or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the purchase price of that Product.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
